Yoga Programs

Andi Piscopo (HDT Yoga)

  • 7 Years experience in teaching yoga, meditation, trauma informed yoga and Reiki II

  • 20 years experience in the fitness industry

  • Hybrid athlete for over 10 years

  • Once Andi completed her YTT, she knew her passion was not to teach yoga in a traditional sense.  She has spent the past 7 years sharing the gift of yoga to anyone and everyone regardless of how.  She has visited shelters, had 'pop up' classes in the park and has spent her time relentlessly sharing with other endurance athletes.

Option 1: HDT Add-On Yoga

  • Adding the additional package of the yoga and mobility program, you will receive access to yoga postures, flows and challenges.  

  • No matter which level of your practice you are starting the program at, it is meant for everyone.  

  • We will be working through specific regions of the body, opening up and strengthening shoulder, hips, ankle, and much more. 

  • Over the 6 weeks you should see vast improvements in overhead work, squat depth, and knee stability during lunges.

  • What you are getting with our program:

    • A single extended flow (anywhere from 30-60 mins long) to perform 1x a week over the 6 weeks.

    • Three shorter flows or mobility sequences to help work out ‘the kinks’ on those heavy training days

    • One yoga ‘challenge’ - designed to assist on daily work towards your practice.  This could be for strength, mobility, or mental fortitude. 

    • Access to Andi for questions, specific mobility issues you may have. 

    • Each person signed up for the Yoga program will be in a closed group with all other members along with the coaches to allow for questions and information to be posted 

  • Cleveland Area Rucking Crew LLC has the right to deny or refund Heavy Drop Training for any reason that they see fit.

Option 2: Stand Alone Yoga Program

  • This program is on its own for those who are not signed up for Heavy Drop Training.

  • No matter which level of your practice you are starting the program at, it is meant for everyone.
