Veterans Honor Run/Ruck
The 4th Sunday of each month Adam will be leading a stair ruck at starting at the Nature Center Parking Lot. the loop is 0.7 miles and will go up the stairs (155 steps) and ends at the bottom of the stairs. This makes it so you can make the call on how many loops you want to do.
