This is the 9th in our Ruck-n-Brew series and it'll be from the most awesome BBQ in Tuscarawas County...Sublime Smoke. They are known for an incredible craft beer lineup along with BBQ second to none. Park anywhere in the vicinity of Sublime Smoke and meet there to ruck at 9:30am. We will ruck south to Fort Laurens and take the Towpath Trail south for 45min-ish then turn around.

Do not expect PT during this event, rather putting in miles under weight with some great company!

Time: 9:30am step-off

This will be a great opportunity to get in some miles under weight and learn about rucking as well without any pressure! If you don't have a ruck, please let me know and I can bring an extra for you to use.

Requirements:

If over 150lbs, at least 20lbs in ruck (30lb if experienced)

If under 150lbs, at least 10lbs in ruck (20lb if experienced)

Full water bladder or nalgene bottle

If you only have a backpack at this time, that's ok! Get some weight in it and come on out! Rucking is simply going for a walk with weight. That simple!
