Exactly 31 mins of work to be put in (including breaks) and 3 miles of movements. Your first movement will be a bodyweight based 10 min workout where you will do 1-min of work and 30-seconds of break, go in order of the exercises listed as you will be “resting” the prior muscle group while doing the next exercise for the most part. Once you finish the 10 mins you will then do a 1-mile coupon ruck. On return you will then go into the second movement, an 11-min workout with 2-mins of work and 1-min of rest. Again, go in order of the exercises listed. After you finish the 11-mins you will then go on a 1-mile ruck. The last movement you will do 10-mins of work with your sandbag (WITH RUCK ON), 1-min of an exercise and 30-seconds of rest. At the end of the 10-mins you will then do a 1-mile run.  For all exercises you are attempting as many reps as you can in the set amount of time (1- or 2-minutes), you can break as needed during that time but try to jump back in as fast as possible and rest during the actual break time.
