About The Event
How many Quarter Miles of Death can you get done in 2 hours (average 20 mins per)? For each completed QMOD in the 2 hour timeframe you get a box checked off. For this event we start with an easier QMOD and each one will be more difficult.
Some examples of QOMDs would be:
- Burpee Broad Jump
- BW Lunges
- Ruck Overhead Movement
- Ruck Outfront Movement
- Sandbag Bear Crawl
- Sandbag Lateral Toss
- Sandbag Clean and Forward Toss
You choose your weight for this event:
- 60+ lb Sandbag and 35+ lb ruck = Red Check Marks
- Between 60-40 lb Sandbag and between 25-35 lb ruck = Green Check Marks
- Between 20-40 lb Sandbag and between 10-25 lb ruck = Blue Check Marks
